The scope of work required of your company shall include:
1. Repair of the old foundation; including all required base & skin grouting work to achieve sufficient working load of at least 300KN capacity;

2. Drilling and casting of 50 new piles with work load of at least 300KN;

3. Provision of all tests and records of construction activities including; integrity and load testing for new piles, test certificates for materials used I.e, tensile stress tests for reinforcements,concrete cube test, viscosity tests for Drilling fluids, volumes of concrete consumed etc. according to best practice and verified by independent consultant;

4. Provision of pile caps and semi-raft foundation for building core area;

5. Complete backfilling and setting out of site as per building design;

6. Provision of durable ground slab as per building design;

7. Provision of foundation dowels to building design specifications;

8. Provision of durable approved number of columns as per building design.
